Whilst on holiday in Blackpool I noticed the \nusually rock steady temperature gauge climbing, did not think any more \nof it but on the way home the next day it was right at the top of the \ngauge. We limped to a service station and found she\n was very low on water. It was topped up and we made it home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2 weeks later it started leaking badly from the underbody pipe. I fixed this in Asda carpark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2 Weeks later she was still losing water quite \nrapidly, and making a very bad squeaking noise. I replaced the water \npump thinking it to be the overall culprit\u2026 the noise remained and was \ninstead traced to an idler pulley. The ware loss\n remained and was dripping from somewhere where water is not found. Head\n gasket was suspected again\u2026 It\u2019s the end, she will be stripped for some\n parts and then sadly scrapped.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
