Please no time wasters, This is not a ready to hit the road car, you need to finish it and put in some time………..My part built Haynes Roadster Kit Car. Most of the big stuff was done on this years ago but life and my sons junk has got in the way of ever finishing it. I can’t see my son’s junk going any time soon and I have other things in my life now too.
It’s based on the car of the book by Haynes. I bought a pre-built chassis years ago and then all the suspension and body components from the then main supplier Saturn Sports cars.
The rolling chassis was built up with Pro-tech Dampers, 1.8 CVH, Type 9 gearbox, diff, rear drums, escort rack etc.. Prop is a pucka custom from NWP iirc.. ( V5 from donor is in with a big folder of bills )
Acewell digital dash + OIL/Water/RPM guages.
Most parts are there to finish it off, lights, callipers, discs, rad, etc etc etc.. All sorts on the shelves to go with it.
There are matching seats to go with it black with yellow piping ( stored in the loft). Cycle wings for the front etc…
Main things that need finishing.
Electrics ( there’s a sierra loom part stripped.)
Brake plumbing.
Cooling plumbing.
General fit out and trim,
Engine did run last time i tried, no reason to doubt it.
I have a couple of spare’s CVH’s too that can be negotiated separately.
I could possibly transport ( but shiply/anyvan could be cheaper. ) ot hire your own lightweight trailer.
